Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of full lifecycle in-house recruiting experience.
• Familiarity with recruitment techniques and ATS.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to determine the best recruiting process.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone/in-person interviews, and perform checks.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Run reports and use data to improve metrics.
• Represent the company at career fairs and events.
• Manage high-volume recruitment with efficiency and quality.
• Maintain candidate activity in the ATS and adhere to policy.
• Support team with background checks and vendor relationships.
