Job summary

Hotard Shuttle is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruiting life cycle, from sourcing through placement. You will screen resumes, interview candidates, and partner with hiring managers to identify top talent for clerical and specialized roles.

Compensation ranges from $25 to $28 per hour with benefits and paid weekly. The role emphasizes integrity, effective communication, and delivering excellent staffing for transportation services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of full lifecycle in-house recruiting.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting the Human Resources department or similar position.
• Familiarity with recruitment techniques and websites and with an applicant tracking system.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Well-developed organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates (phone or in person).
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals to ensure a diverse talent pool.
• Run reports and work with data to improve metrics.
• Act as a brand ambassador at career fairs and events to attract candidates.
• Coordinate pre-employment background checks and timely screenings.
