Ports North in Houston is seeking a Senior Recruiter for an immediate contract role in a high-volume environment. You will manage a large slate of requisitions and partner with leaders across the business to fill critical roles.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and experience with Workday/LinkedIn Recruiter, plus a track record of engaging senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in Energy, Oil & Gas, or other publicly traded/industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting with minimal oversight.
• Executive presence and confidence when interviewing senior leaders.
• Strong sourcing skills and proactive recruiting mindset.
• Experience with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Demonstrated use of AI to improve recruiting productivity and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage 15-25 concurrent corporate requisitions.
• Recruit across Finance, Accounting, Technology, Compliance, HSE, HR, and other functions.
• Build proactive talent pipelines while driving active searches.
• Partner with hiring managers and executive leadership.
