Horizontal is seeking a high-energy recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will source, recruit, and close top talent across UX/UI, marketing, content, PMs, and developers, leveraging AI tools and a data-driven approach to place candidates.

This is a commission-based, performance-driven role with clear metrics and fast ramp. You’ll manage multiple searches, conduct outreach, screen interviews, and build a strong pipeline, with a base salary plus uncapped earnings reflecting your

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and close top talent across multiple functions (UX/UI, marketing, content, PMs, developers, and more).
• Leverage technology, automation, and AI platforms to drive placements and candidate quality.
• Manage multiple searches and own the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Cold outreach, screening, interviewing, and candidate management.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and candidate relationships.
• Attend industry networking events.
• Hit activity and performance metrics in a high-output environment.
