Job summary

Horizontal is seeking a high-energy recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will source, recruit, and close top talent across UX/UI, marketing, content, PMs, and developers, leveraging AI tools and a data-driven approach to place candidates.

This is a commission-based, performance-driven role with clear metrics and fast ramp. You’ll manage multiple searches, conduct outreach, screen interviews, and build a strong pipeline, with a base salary plus uncapped earnings reflecting your

• Leverage various technology, automation, and AI platforms to drive placements and a great candidate
• Manage multiple searches at once and own the full recruiting lifecycle

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and candidate relationships
• Consistently attend industry networking events
• Hit activity and performance metrics in a high-output environment

Compensation & Upside

• In this role, you'll enjoy a competitive base salary of $45,000-$55,000/year depending upon experience, along with commission-based earnings. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on the posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position across all US locations as of the date of this
