Invisible Technologies is seeking a contracted recruiter to turn client demand into staffed, productive teams by sourcing, vetting, and onboarding contractors. You’ll partner with delivery leads to translate project needs into staffing plans and manage candidates from offer through onboarding to the first billed hour.

The role requires 5+ years in recruiting or staffing, with a proven record in high-volume contract staffing, ATS proficiency, and strong spreadsheet skills.
