Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience, including time in a staffing agency with targets for fill, placement and billable hours.
• Proven success in high-volume contract staffing, filling dozens of seats at once while maintaining quality.
• Strong sense of urgency: able to meet tight deadlines and move contractors quickly from first contact to working.

Responsibilities

• Staff client projects end to end, turning incoming demand into qualified contractors who are onboarded and billing hours.
• Build staffing plans with delivery/ops leads to meet project skill, volume and timeline needs.
• Source large volumes of contractors via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and talent pools.
• Screen and vet candidates quickly against project requirements and skills assessments as needed.
• Match and assign contractors to engagements, balancing skills, availability and client priorities.
• Move contractors from offer through contracting, onboarding and training to first billed hour.
• Track contractor progress to billing and follow up on any blockers between acceptance and active work.
• Redeploy contractors as projects ramp up or change scope to maintain high utilization.
• Maintain ATS and staffing trackers and report weekly metrics like fill rate and time-to-first-billed-hour.
