Job summary

Invisible Technologies seeks a Contract Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to scale our engineering talent pipeline across data engineering, machine learning, and full stack development. This role partners with sales, delivery, and Field CTOs to forecast hiring needs and execute outbound sourcing strategies.

You will own end-to-end hiring, pre-vet candidates, and ensure fast, high-quality candidate experiences. Location-flexible, primarily a 3–6 month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering teams.
• Ability to build evergreen or just-in-time pipelines in fast-growth environments.
• Strong stakeholder management across sales, delivery, and engineering.
