Invisible is seeking a Contract Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to scale our engineering recruiting. You will build evergreen pipelines across data engineering, ML, and full stack development for our forward deployed teams embedded with customers.

You will coordinate with sales, delivery leads, and Field CTOs, own end-to-end hiring processes, and implement data-driven sourcing strategies. This 3–6 month engagement runs ~40 hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruiting for data, ML, and software roles.
• Experience building evergreen or just-in-time pipelines in high-growth environments.
• Experience supporting forward deployed or professional services-style teams is a strong plus.
• Strong stakeholder management across sales, product, and engineering.
• Bias toward action: proactive, resourceful, and adaptive in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse) sourcing tools, and data-driven recruiting strategies.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for evergreen roles across data engineering, ML, and full stack development.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and engineering leadership to forecast hiring needs tied to deployments and revenue pipeline.
• Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates across key technical domains.
• Establish candidate readiness protocols so qualified engineers are pre-vetted and able to accept offers on short notice.
• Own end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring fast, smooth, and high-quality candidate experiences.
• Leverage data and insights to optimize sourcing channels, screening processes, and pipeline conversion rates.
• Build campaigns to keep vetted candidates engaged with the Invisible brand for quick starts.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assessment frameworks, and success profiles.
• Represent Invisible as a talent brand ambassador across technical communities and events.
