Salesforce is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales Development Organization. You will partner with outbound sales teams to build pipeline and launch a high-impact sales career at the leading AI CRM company.

You will generate new business pipeline, research key decision makers, and nurture inbound leads while training in a structured, fast-paced environment designed to develop long-term sales excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and account research across a mix of new and existing accounts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage decision makers at multiple levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goals and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold calling across existing Salesforce customers and net new logos in an assigned territory
• Partner with account teams to identify and source pipeline by researching lines of business, personas, and key decision makers
• Manage and nurture inbound leads and early-stage opportunities driven by outbound efforts
• Participate in an intensive sales training program designed to build the foundational skills needed for a long-term career in sales
