Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience — REQUIRED.
• Proven track record of strong sales performance.
• High-energy, competitive leadership style.
• Strong understanding of the road-to-the-sale and dealership sales process.
• Excellent desking, deal-structuring, and closing ability.
• Strong trade appraisal and inventory knowledge.
• Ability to coach, train, and hold a sales team accountable.
• Hands-on management style — willing to get involved early and help move deals forward.
• Strong understanding of CRM follow-up, lead management, and BDC coordination.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and turn numbers into action.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and a whatever-it-takes attitude.
