Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service in the United States is hiring a Sales & Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers, assess vehicle needs, and guide them through service options, while delivering a friendly, professional experience.

The role offers uncapped commission with total pay potential of $45k-$75k, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred, but not required.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work five days, including Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and reference service history.
• Recommend services and communicate additional recommendations from technicians.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide customers with accurate quotes including cost and completion time.
• Give updates on service status and cash out with warranty explanations where applicable.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for customers.
• Other duties as assigned
