Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers, helping them choose the right services and ensuring a smooth turnaround.

This role rewards strong customer interaction, sales aptitude, problem-solving, and teamwork, with uncapped commission and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred, but not required.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Possess valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Listen to and document concerns; reference service history to identify needs.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate technician recommendations.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and completion time; update customers.
• Process payments, review multi-point inspections, and explain warranties.
• Follow up after repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for each customer.
• Other duties as assigned.
