Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to greet customers, document concerns, and identify service needs. You will communicate recommendations from technicians, provide accurate quotes, and keep customers updated on progress.

The role emphasizes selling parts and services while upholding company standards and integrity. Qualified candidates should have a valid driver's license, be 18+, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess current, valid driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
• Ability to work Monday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone in a professional, courteous manner.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and reference service history to identify needs.
• Recommend services and communicate additional recommendations from technicians; document in the customer file.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories with clear product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and time; update customers on status throughout the day.
• Handle cashing out with proper review of inspections, warranties, and approvals.
• Conduct post-repair follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction; track returns and warranty parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
