Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service in Colorado is seeking a confident Sales & Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers, explain vehicle needs, recommend solutions, and ensure a smooth service experience from start to finish.

This role rewards customer interaction, sales, problem-solving, and teamwork, with uncapped commission potential and opportunities for advancement within a respected automotive family.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Customer service experience encouraged; not required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willing to work five days, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and on the phone.
• Listen to concerns and document service needs accurately.
• Recommend services and communicate additional recommendations from technicians.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories to customers.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and completion time.
• Offer updates on service status throughout the day.
• Process payments and review warranties when closing tickets.
• Follow up with customers after repairs or declined services.
• Track returns and warranty parts for individual customers.
