Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not required.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and by phone.
• Document customer concerns and inspect vehicle history to identify service needs.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate additional recommendations from technicians.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes and update customers on service progress.
• Process payments and review warranties and inspections with customers.
• Perform post-repair follow-ups and manage customer satisfaction.
