Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Sales and Service Advisor to greet customers, document needs, and recommend services in a fast-paced shop environment.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, be 18+, and demonstrate professional appearance with the ability to work Monday through Saturday. Previous advisor experience is helpful but not required; company benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior Service Advisor experience is helpful but not required.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
• Ability to work Monday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and by phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and reference service history.
• Recommend services with clear communication of additional recommendations from technicians.
• Promote sales of services, parts and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and completion time and update customers throughout the day.
• Process cashouts with review of multi-point inspections and warranties.
• Follow up with customers post-repair to ensure satisfaction and track returns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
