Job summary

Rally House is looking for a Team Captain to guide the store team, set the pace on the floor, and energize shifts. The role involves direct leadership, training new teammates, and maintaining a high-energy, guest-focused environment.

You will coach teammates in real time, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth operations across merchandising and service. Responsibilities include leading service coverage, supporting promotions and local events, and driving sales while upholding Rally House standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new team members.
• Help maintain a high-energy store culture.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to teammates.
• Lead floor service coverage and prioritize guests.
• Drive sales during shifts and support promotions and events.
• Maintain merchandising standards and support floor sets.
