Job summary

Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to guide the store floor, energize the team, and ensure consistent execution during shifts. This role drives guest-focused service and helps create an engaging experience for fans and teammates.

The Team Captain influences others through example and strong communication, maintaining urgency and high performance across People, Operations, Merchandising, and Service areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events.

Responsibilities

• People: Onboard and train new team members; maintain a high-energy store culture; model service standards; provide in-the-moment coaching.
• Operations: Prioritize and delegate tasks during shifts; serve as a go-to for basic questions; escalate risks promptly.
• Merchandising: Lead recovery, replenishment, and fixture resets; uphold merchandising standards; guide on visual standards and product placement.
• Service: Ensure floor coverage; reinforce the Party service model; handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism; adjust staffing as needed.
• Results: Drive sales during shifts; coach to maximize guest opportunities; support promotions, events and hot markets.
