The role emphasizes fast-paced retail leadership, on-site work, and collaboration with teammates to maintain merchandising standards and achieve sales goals during day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10–20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events.

Responsibilities

• On-shift guidance and coaching to teammates.
• Maintain high-energy store culture and service standards.
• Model service behaviors and ensure merchandising quality.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure execution.
• Lead floor coverage and guest assistance during shifts.
• Support promotions, events, and visual transitions.
