Puttshack USA is seeking a friendly, attentive Server to greet guests, take orders, and deliver engaging, high-quality service in a fast-paced entertainment venue. You will help create an elevated dining experience with menu knowledge, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Experience serving in a high-volume restaurant and using POS devices.
• Strong emotional intelligence and focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Experience safely transporting food and beverages.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure overall experience exceeds expectations.
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile.
• Provide efficient, friendly service to tables in your section, including taking orders and answering questions.
• Follow allergy procedures and special orders; ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines; be a team player.
• Complete opening/closing side-work and other duties as assigned.
