Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking energetic hospitality associates for server roles at our Chicago-based concept expanding to venues nationwide. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and deliver friendly, efficient service while contributing to a fun, high-energy dining experience.

Open seven days a week with flexible, part-time schedules and opportunities for tips, growth, and benefits where applicable. Prior high-volume restaurant experience and a hospitable, team-first attitude are ideal.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior experience serving in a high-volume restaurant with POS devices.
• Strong level of emotional intelligence and guest satisfaction focus.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Sense of urgency and multitasking in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication to perform and follow job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile.
• Provide efficient, friendly service to tables in your section.
• Take orders, answer questions about the menu, and follow service steps.
• Ensure safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Complete opening and closing side-work duties as assigned.
