Job summary

KidStrong Virginia Beach is seeking a high-energy Sales Manager to lead daily sales from leads for the center. You will be responsible for driving membership sales, leading the sales team, and implementing lead generation/marketing plans to boost growth.

The role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication, and a flexible schedule with evenings and weekends. You will work closely with the Center Director to ensure staff and operations meet ambitious goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through outbound calls on inbound leads.
• Lead and mentor staff to create a positive sales environment.
• Manage budgets and sales targets for the center.
• Oversee the sales process and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with the Director to care for staff and center needs.
• Schedule classes to maintain class size and optimize growth.
