KidStrong Wilmington is seeking a full-time Sales & Growth role focused on driving member acquisition and experiences. You will engage families, follow up with leads, and convert interest into memberships while delivering outstanding service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident talking with prospective customers and asking for the sale.

• Genuinely enjoys working with children and families.
• Experience in membership sales, boutique fitness, hospitality, inside sales, lead follow-up, or another high-touch customer-facing environment is strongly preferred.
