KidStrong Virginia Beach is hiring a high-energy, hyper-organized Sales Manager to drive membership sales and lead our Virginia Beach center. You will oversee the sales process, manage budgets, and coordinate with the Center Director to ensure staff and center success.

The role requires outbound phone sales experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• Outbound phone sales experience with 200+ calls per week.
• Strong sales mentality with outbound focus.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, education, or related field.
• Flexible schedule: at least 3 weeknights and 1 weekend day.
• Knowledge of KPIs and revenue metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive membership sales through high-volume outbound calls.
• Provide leadership to staff and create a positive environment.
• Manage and exceed sales and operational budgets.
• Oversee the sales process and systems.
• Coordinate with the KidStrong Director to support staff and Center.
• Maintain class size through scheduling optimization.
• Lead by example and mentor subordinates.
• Communicate with staff for trials and member needs; respond to corporate/owner requests.
• Enforce corporate policies and processes; ensure front desk systems (check-in, inquiries, registrations, cash handling) are followed.
• Deliver highest level of customer service and make decisions to improve service.
