Caesars Entertainment's Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace Las Vegas is seeking a Cook for steady extra on-site coverage. You will prepare recipes, work the grill and broiler, and support the executive kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced setting.

This role requires at least 1 year of cooking experience, strong English communication, ability to stand long hours, and adherence to SNHD health codes.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• English communication required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a cook.
• Standing for extended periods required.
• Neat appearance and personal hygiene.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Comply with SNHD health code.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, sauté, broil, fry, bake and grill food items per kitchen needs.
• Operate grill, fryer, broiler, oven and other equipment.
• Maintain par levels and restock as needed.
• Keep a sanitary, organized work area and comply with health codes.
• Communicate with team and follow chef instructions.
• Assist with any other duties as assigned.
