You will operate multiple kitchen stations, manage prep and station par levels, and collaborate with a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a premier resort setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience as a cook.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, sautés, broil, fry, bake and grill items per Executive Chef requirements.
• Operate grill, fryer, broiler, oven and French top as needed.
• Perform preliminary prep and ensure adequate ingredient supplies.
• Maintain par levels and keep assigned areas clean and organized.
