• 3+ years as a General Manager of a mid-tier branded property.
• 5+ years of hotel leadership experience.
• Major brand experience preferred.
• Lead from the front, by example, management style.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, lead, and manage the team with respect, integrity, and consistency
• Actively manage budget to ensure financial goals are met or exceeded
• Ensure preparedness and passing of all QA inspections
• Address guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Other duties as assigned
