Responsibilities

• Manage 150+ inbound/outbound calls daily in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist business owners with POS equipment troubleshooting and fee inquiries.
• Identify upgrade opportunities to earn commissions.
• Explain billing structures clearly and retain merchant accounts.
• Log interactions accurately in the CRM.
