Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience in furniture or interior design.
• Experience in interior design/home furnishings; able to create mood boards and floor plans.
• Customer-centric with a track record of sales conversions.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Organized and efficient managing multiple clients and timelines.
• Tech-savvy with Canva, floor planning software, Google Suite; CRM experience preferred.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, startup-like setting.
• Strong eye for aesthetics and current design trends.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales quotas through excellent service and product knowledge.
• Consult clients in-store and virtually on furniture selections and design choices.
• Lead the entire customer journey from inquiry to purchase.
• Drive sales growth and enhance the studio's customer experience.
• Master product details and design services to guide purchases.
• Create room designs and mood boards; assess fit of pieces.
• Maintain proactive follow-up with clients post-purchase.
• Act as brand ambassador to cultivate LA-area community relationships.
