• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with CRMs and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads and book appointments with support from inside sales.
• Maintain consistent activity and follow-up using provided systems.
• Utilize Sierra Interactive CRM and dialers to manage contacts.
• Meet defined KPIs and contribute to monthly targets.
