• Execute lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, secure buyer agreements, identify homes.
• Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers.
• Track tasks and activities.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, weekly trainings, and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes.
• Demonstrate pricing strategies, staging, and listing services.
