Qualifications

• NY real estate license is required or in progress.
• Sales experience preferred (inside/outside sales, etc.).
• Self-motivated, organized and flexible with schedule.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with CRMs and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert inbound real estate leads into transactions.
• Work with inside sales team to book appointments and maintain activity.
• Participate in live training sessions 2–4 times per week.
• Use Sierra Interactive CRM and integrated dialers to manage pipeline.
• Maintain structured daily schedules and defined KPIs.
