Weichert, Realtors in Woodbury, MN is seeking motivated Real Estate Sales Agents to join a high-performance team. You will build your own book of business leveraging a national brand, proven training, and advanced tools to close residential transactions.

This 1099, commission-based role rewards your drive with unlimited income potential, ongoing coaching, and access to Weichert University. You’ll prospect, present listings, run CMAs, and guide clients from first contact to closing.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven sales mindset with prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-starter with motivation and goal orientation.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, consult, and close residential real estate transactions with buyers, sellers and renters.
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking and lead follow-up.
• Conduct listing presentations, buyer consultations, property showings, and open houses.
• Manage a full sales pipeline from lead contact to closing.
• Perform CMAs to price and position properties competitively.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize value for clients.
• Utilize myWeichert CRM and automated marketing tools to track leads and increase close rates.
• Stay informed on local market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive dynamics.
