Job Juncture seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business for a uniform and facility services provider in the Cedar Rapids, IA area. You will prospect in person and over the phone, present service programs, and pursue quota attainment while building lasting client relationships.

This role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle and gas card, health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-driven B2B hunter (new business development) sales experience.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and cold calling business clients in the field (in person).
• Developing and qualifying leads within territory using cold call selling techniques.
• Providing prospective customers with customized solutions of products and services such as uniform lease, rental, laundering and maintenance.
• Meet regular sales quota and sales activity targets.
• Entering initial orders for new customers and preparing agreements.
• Coordinate initial deliveries with the new customers and route sales representatives.
• Maintaining notes in CRM on customers and prospective future customers. Prepare sales activity reports on a regular basis.
