Cintas is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative in Des Moines to grow our B2B client base. You will prospect, qualify leads, and close new business while leveraging a CRM system to hit weekly sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMS.
• Experience with intranet/internet usage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop leads within assigned territory.
• Use CRM to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
• Meet weekly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
• Present products and negotiate to overcome objections.
• Participate in training programs and gain certification as needed.
