Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to expand our commercial pest control footprint. You’ll move with a competitive drive, supported by award-winning training and a stable, mission-driven brand.

Responsibilities include selling to various industries, building trusted relationships, and achieving sales goals through prospecting and lead management. Training is provided, and a company vehicle is available after completion.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests, uphold quality and safety.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property—teach you how.
• Make recommendations to customers based on inspection findings and address questions with clear solutions.
• Use the iPad and sales software to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
