Job summary

Orkin, part of Rollins, Inc., is hiring an Outside Sales Rep on the Orkin Commercial sales team to drive growth in commercial pest management. You will build trusted relationships with diverse industries, promote preventive solutions, and achieve sales goals through new business and assigned leads.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• Cold calling and territory management experience is an asset.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers inside their businesses and/or homes

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s property and explain findings.
• Prepare sales agreements and stay organized using the provided iPad and training.
