Job summary

You will build external business via referral partners, discuss loan products, and cross-sell Regions services.

Role is full time, commission-based with potential earnings. NMLS registration is required; strong relationship-building and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One year mortgage lending experience with proven production.
• Experience developing external business via referral partners (realtors, builders, financial planners).

Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to loan processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests, analyzes financial data and credit history.
• Maintains contact with loan customers and tracks loan progress.
• Structures loans to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Develops marketing plans and contacts; makes sales calls to build business.
