Qualifications

• 1 year of mortgage lending experience with proven production.
• Abundant mortgage experience in developing external business via referral partners (realtors, builders, financial planners).

Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to loan processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests, analyzes financial data, and determines collateral and credit history qualification.
• Maintains contact with loan customers, informing progress and obtaining documentation.
• Structures loans to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Develops detailed marketing plans and contacts potential and existing customers.
