The role is commission-based, with total compensation historically averaging $20,000 - $100,000+ per year, depending on location, performance and production; NMLS registration is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year mortgage lending experience with proven production.
• Strong external business development with referral partners (realtors, builders).

Responsibilities

• Prepare mortgage applications for processing.
• Evaluate loan requests and credit history.
• Maintain client contact and update loan progress.
• Structure loans to comply with regulations.
• Develop and execute marketing plans and referrals.
• Cross-sell Regions products.
