Job summary

F.H. Furr is seeking an HVAC Selling Technician who can diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and confidently recommend upgrades during service calls. This role offers strong earning potential through salary plus commissions and performance bonuses, including a signing bonus and annual license bonus.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems efficiently and effectively

What We’re Looking For:

• HVAC experience – 2+ years in residential HVAC service, repair, or sales
• Strong technical skills – Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of HVAC issues
• Sales-driven mindset – Confidence in recommending and selling new systems during service calls
• Excellent communication – Ability to explain technical issues in a way homeowners understand
• EPA certification (NATE certification is a plus!)
• A positive, customer-focused attitude
