F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electrical in Virginia seeks an HVAC Selling Technician to diagnose and repair residential systems and confidently recommend upgrades during service calls.

This role combines service with on-site sales of new systems, offering a path to high earnings through commission and a company-provided truck and training.

Formación

• 2+ years of HVAC experience in service, repair, or sales.
• Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities across residential HVAC systems.
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to upsell during service calls.
• Clear, professional communication with homeowners.
• EPA certification (NATE a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Identify opportunities for system replacement when appropriate.
• Educate customers on options and provide honest, professional recommendations.
• Sell new systems on the spot when suitable, delivering best solutions for comfort.
