Job summary

Century Complete, based in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a Sales Consultant to guide homebuyers through the process and contribute to a high-volume, conversion-focused environment. This role offers a bonus structure and a pathway to six-figure total earnings through base pay plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in inside and outside sales.
• Residential homebuilding experience preferred.
• Real estate license in NC not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate buyer traffic through networking and local marketing.
• Qualify and convert inbound leads; identify new sales opportunities.
• Maintain Salesforce to manage leads and document interactions.
• Own the customer journey from inquiry to contract and closing.
• Leverage open house events to build pipelines and sales.
• Coordinate with real estate professionals and financing partners to close deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and closing goals.
