Century Complete is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive traffic conversion for new home communities and guide buyers through construction and closing, delivering a superior customer experience.

With a combined base salary and our closing bonus program, total earnings can exceed six figures annually. No Florida real estate license is required for this role, making it accessible to motivated sellers and relationship builders alike.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of inside and outside sales experience.
• Knowledge of residential homebuilding is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Generate new traffic to sales studios via networking and outreach to area real estate agents.
• Qualify and pursue inbound customer traffic and referrals.
• Maintain flyers, marketing materials, and signage.
• Open and close the sales studio with proper checklists.
• Coordinate filing and organization for the sales studio.
• Liaise with mortgage lenders to track documents and closing dates.
• Coordinate a smooth buying process with builder, buyer, realtor, and lender through closing.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and closing goals.
• Attend studio and company meetings.
• Maintain relationships with buyers after closing.
