Job summary

Century Complete is looking for a results-driven Sales Consultant in Arizona to guide homebuyers through the purchase journey, from initial contact to closing. You will generate traffic, qualify opportunities, and manage relationships with real estate professionals and lenders in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• AZ real estate license is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in inside and outside sales.
• Residential homebuilding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new buyer traffic through networking, realtor engagement, referrals, community outreach, and local marketing efforts.
• Manage, qualify, and convert inbound leads while proactively identifying new sales opportunities.
• Maintain consistent and accurate use of Salesforce to manage leads, track the sales pipeline, and document customer interactions.
• Own the customer journey from initial inquiry through contract, construction updates, and closing.
• Assist prospective buyers throughout the home purchasing process, from prospect to contract and closing.
• Leverage open house events to build pipelines, referrals, and sales conversions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local real estate professionals, lenders, and community stakeholders.
• Own the customer journey and drive a seamless homebuying experience by coordinating with buyers, real estate professionals, Century Complete teams, and financing partners to keep transactions progressing smoothly toward a successful closing.
