Century Complete is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to guide homebuyers through the decision process, leveraging a model home or Studio Office. The role emphasizes conversion, relationship-building, and a performance-based bonus structure with the potential to exceed six figures annually.

You will generate traffic, manage leads in Salesforce, and collaborate with real estate professionals and financing partners to ensure a smooth journey from inquiry to closing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in both inside and outside sales.
• Residential homebuilding experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• FL or AL real estate license is not required for this role but preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new buyer traffic through networking, referrals, and local marketing.
• Qualify and convert inbound leads while proactively identifying new sales opportunities.
• Maintain Salesforce to manage leads and document customer interactions.
• Own the customer journey from initial inquiry through contract and closing.
• Assist prospective buyers throughout the home purchasing process, from prospect to contract and closing.
• Leverage open house events to build pipelines, referrals, and sales conversions.
• Build and maintain relationships with local real estate professionals, lenders, and community stakeholders.
• Coordinate with buyers, Century Complete teams, and financing partners to keep transactions progressing toward closing.
