Century Complete is seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant in Greenville, SC. This role focuses on guiding buyers through the home purchase journey, from prospecting to closing, leveraging a Buy Online feature and in-person studio offices.

Formación

• Active SC real estate license required by state regulations.
• Minimum of one year in both inside and outside sales.
• Residential homebuilding experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new buyer traffic through networking, realtor engagement, referrals, community outreach, and local marketing efforts.
• Manage, qualify, and convert inbound leads while proactively identifying new sales opportunities.
• Maintain consistent use of Salesforce to manage leads, track the sales pipeline, and document customer interactions.
• Own the customer journey from initial inquiry through contract, construction updates, and closing.
• Assist prospective buyers throughout the home purchasing process, from prospect to contract and closing.
• Leverage open house events to build pipelines, referrals, and sales conversions.
• Build and maintain relationships with local real estate professionals, lenders, and community stakeholders.
• Coordinate with buyers, real estate professionals, Century Complete teams, and financing partners to ensure smooth closings.
