You will generate buyer traffic, qualify leads, and manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce while coordinating with real estate professionals and financing partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in both inside and outside sales.
• Residential homebuilding experience preferred.
• Builder Salesperson license required in Michigan; real estate license required in Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new buyer traffic through networking, realtor engagement, referrals, community outreach, and local marketing.
• Manage, qualify, and convert inbound leads while proactively identifying new sales opportunities.
• Maintain consistent use of Salesforce to manage leads, track the sales pipeline, and document customer interactions.
• Own the customer journey from initial inquiry through contract, construction updates, and closing.
• Assist prospective buyers throughout the home purchasing process, from prospect to contract and closing.
