Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate leads and exceed sales goals.
• Experience with inside and outside sales roles.
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new buyer traffic through networking, realtor engagement, referrals, community outreach, and local marketing efforts.
• Manage, qualify, and convert inbound leads while proactively identifying new sales opportunities.
• Maintain consistent and accurate use of Salesforce to manage leads, track the sales pipeline, and document customer interactions.
• Own the customer journey from initial inquiry through contract, construction updates, and closing.
• Assist prospective buyers throughout the home purchasing process, from prospect to contract and closing.
• Leverage open house events to build pipelines, referrals, and sales conversions.
• Build and maintain relationships with local real estate professionals, lenders, and community stakeholders.
• Coordinate with buyers, real estate professionals, Century Complete teams, and financing partners to keep transactions progressing toward closing.
• Communicate internally and externally regarding buyer contracts, closing documentation, and mortgage processing to ensure information is received and on track.
• Own the sales studio experience with marketing assets, community presentation, and operational excellence.
• Maintain records and documents with high accuracy and professionalism.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and closing goals.
• Participate in regular studio, sales, and company meetings.
• Foster homeowner relationships that generate referrals and satisfaction.
